Payment Policy

1. Booking Confirmation:

   • A minimum of 30% advance payment is required at the time of booking.

   • Balance amount must be paid at least 3 days before arrival or on arrival (as per agreed terms).

2. Payment Methods Accepted:

   • UPI / Google Pay / PhonePe

   • Net Banking / Bank Transfer

   • Credit/Debit Cards (extra charges may apply)

3. Invoice & Receipts:

   • Official invoice will be provided upon confirmation of payment.

   • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

1. If cancelled by the customer:

   • 7 or more days before arrival: 90% refund of advance paid '(only Full Payment)

   • 3–6 days before arrival: 50% refund of advance paid

   • Less than 3 days before arrival or no-show: No refund

2. If cancelled by Mgt Booking (operator issues):

   • 100% refund or alternate arrangement will be offered.

3. Refund Processing:

   • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

Terms & Conditions

1. Identification:

   • All guests must carry valid government photo ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, PAN, Voter ID, etc.) during travel.

2. Hotel Policy:

   • Standard check-in time: 02:00 PM, check-out: 11:00 AM

   • Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.

3. Sightseeing & Transport:

   • AC vehicles will be provided for all transfers and sightseeing as per itinerary.

   • Vehicle usage is limited to itinerary only and not available for personal use.

4. Package Inclusions & Exclusions:

   • Please review the package page for exact inclusions. Activities not listed are chargeable.

5. Unforeseen Situations:

   • Mgt Booking is not responsible for any delays or cancellations due to weather, traffic, strikes, or force majeure.

6. Behavioral Policy:

   • Any misconduct, damage to property, or inappropriate behavior may lead to termination of services without refund.
