Booking Confirmation:

A minimum of 30% advance payment is required at the time of booking.

Balance amount must be paid at least 3 days before arrival or on arrival (as per agreed terms).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled by the customer:

7 or more days before arrival: 90% refund of advance paid '(only Full Payment)

3–6 days before arrival: 50% refund of advance paid

Less than 3 days before arrival or no-show: No refund

If cancelled by Mgt Booking (operator issues):

100% refund or alternate arrangement will be offered.

Refund Processing:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

All guests must carry valid government photo ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, PAN, Voter ID, etc.) during travel.

Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM, check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.

AC vehicles will be provided for all transfers and sightseeing as per itinerary.
