Payment Policy

1. Booking Confirmation:

   • A minimum of 35% advance payment is required at the time of booking.

   • Balance amount must be paid at least 3 days before arrival or on arrival (as per agreed terms).

2. Payment Methods Accepted:

   • UPI / Google Pay / PhonePe

   • Net Banking / Bank Transfer

   • Credit/Debit Cards (extra charges may apply)

3. Invoice & Receipts:

   • Official invoice will be provided upon confirmation of payment.

   • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

1. If cancelled by the customer:

   • 7 or more days before arrival: 90% refund of advance paid '(only Full Payment)

   • 3–6 days before arrival: 50% refund of advance paid

   • Less than 3 days before arrival or no-show: No refund

2. If cancelled by Mgt Booking (operator issues):

   • 100% refund or alternate arrangement will be offered.

3. Refund Processing:

   • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

Terms & Conditions

1. All water sports activities are subject to weather, sea conditions, and safety clearance.

2. Guests must follow all safety instructions given by the authorized activity operators.

3. Wearing a life jacket is mandatory during applicable water sports activities.

4. Guests must arrive at the confirmed reporting point on time.

5. Participants must inform the operator about any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy before participating.

6. Participation may be refused if a guest is unfit for the activity or fails to follow safety instructions.

7. Children can participate only as permitted by the activity operator's age, height, and safety requirements.

8. Alcohol or drug consumption before or during activities is strictly prohibited.

9. Personal belongings, valuables, and electronic devices are carried at the guest's own risk.

10. Activity sequence, timings, or availability may change due to weather, sea conditions, or government instructions.

11. If an activity is cancelled by the operator due to unsafe conditions, rescheduling or refunds will be handled according to the confirmed booking policy.

12. Customer cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows are subject to the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking.

13. Photos, videos, transportation, meals, and additional rides are included only if specifically mentioned in the selected package.

14. Booking confirmation is subject to availability and payment terms.
