Hotel Policy:
Standard check-in time: 02:00 PM, check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Sightseeing & Transport:
AC vehicles will be provided for all transfers and sightseeing as per itinerary.
Vehicle usage is limited to itinerary only and not available for personal use.

Mgt Booking is not responsible for any delays or cancellations due to weather, traffic, strikes, or force majeure.
Behavioral Policy:
Any misconduct, damage to property, or inappropriate behavior may lead to termination of services without refund.
If cancelled by the customer:
7 or more days before arrival: 90% refund of advance paid '(only Full Payment)
3–6 days before arrival: 50% refund of advance paid
Less than 3 days before arrival or no-show: No refund
If cancelled by Mgt Booking (operator issues):
100% refund or alternate arrangement will be offered.
Refund Processing:
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
